Hi, I’m Will, founder of genz.ac, and like many young people finishing A-levels or college, I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do next.

University? Apprenticeship? Study abroad? Take a gap year? Jump straight into work or even consider the armed forces? Everyone had an opinion—teachers, parents, friends—but none of it felt personal to me. I needed something that actually helped me understand what I wanted and what options matched my interests, grades, lifestyle, and future goals.

That’s why I created genz.ac.

It’s not just another careers website—it’s a smart, supportive platform built by someone who’s been through it. It helps you figure out your next step in a way that feels real, not robotic. You answer a few questions, and it gives you personalised advice and options to explore—whether that’s a uni course, a degree apprenticeship, a job, or something less traditional.
